Patricia Adams, Vice President of Claims & Operations, will retire on June 30, 2026, after 27 years of service to Bardon Insurance Group.
Adams joined Bardon in March 1999 as a Claims Examiner when the organization was still in its early stages of growth. Over the course of nearly three decades, she assumed roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Vice President of Claims & Operations. Throughout her tenure, Adams played a key role in developing operational procedures, training employees, strengthening client relationships, and helping guide the company’s continued growth.
In addition to overseeing claims operations, Adams became one of Bardon’s most trusted sources of institutional knowledge and leadership. During her tenure, she helped oversee claims operations through decades of growth, changing market conditions, evolving stop-loss products, and countless client relationships, earning the respect of TPAs, brokers, clients, and business partners throughout the industry. Her contributions have helped shape many of the processes, standards, and relationships that continue to support Bardon’s success today.
“Over the years, Trish became much more than a department leader. She became one of the people everyone turned to when they needed an answer, a perspective, or simply someone they could trust. Her knowledge, judgment, and unwavering commitment to doing what was right have left a lasting impact on Bardon and on everyone who has had the opportunity to work with her,” said Adam Thaler, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bardon Insurance Group.
As part of a planned leadership transition, Julie Dorweiler will assume the role of Vice President of Claims following Adams’ retirement. Dorweiler joined Bardon earlier this year as Assistant Vice President of Claims and has worked closely with Adams and the claims team in preparation for the transition.
Bardon Insurance Group extends its sincere appreciation to Adams for her many contributions and wishes her a long, healthy, and rewarding retirement.
